A Quality Control
Code. Every Star Track Express Consignment is subjected to a 'Quality Control Audit' after
delivery to ensure the appropriate delivery standards have been met.
The date the Proof
of Delivery was imaged. This has a hyperlink to the Proof of Delivery page. If you have
the necessary security, you can obtain an image of the POD by email or fax.
Connote Scanning
Information. Each Consignment is delivered on a barcoded delivery docket. The following
statuses can arise along with the date scanned and the depot the consignment was scanned
in.

Label Scanning
information. Star Track Express tracks each carton by uniquely identifying each carton
with a barcode. Star Track Express record each time a carton is scanned from despatch to
delivery. For this query we show you the last depot and time the carton was scanned. If
there are more than 10 items for a consignment, you have the ability to page through the
items, 10 at a time. The following statuses can arise;
PICKED UP SCANNED IN TRANSIT SCANNED AT DELIVERY DEPOT SCANNED AT DELIVERY RETURNED ITEM SCANNED, NO CUSTOMER
DATA ITEM NOT SCANNED.
When a valid
reference has been entered, all consignments that have a matching reference number will be
displayed. You have the ability to page through the references if there are more than 15.
By clicking on the highlighted Consignment Number, you can see the tracking information
for the Consignment.
To obtain a
cost estimate you need to be an existing Star Track Express Customer with quoted rates. To
access this page you need a user ID and password. This can be obtained by registering the
required details in the on-line registration form.
Select the
payer account you wish to use and enter the sender and receiver details. Select the
service. Enter the weight and cube of the consignment. Click on the GO button and the
calculated cost estimate will be returned.
This utility
allows you to enter sender and receiver details, service and despatch date. The utility
will return a delivery date based on our published schedule transit times.
To obtain a
proof of delivery by email or fax you need to be an existing Star Track Express Customer
with a valid Despatch ID. To access this page you need a user ID and password. This can be
obtained by registering the required details in the on-line
registration form.
